Road Construction Projects
Construction Projects in the City of De Pere
Each year the Engineering Department designs and constructs:
- 1 to 2 miles of new streets with sewer and water mains, serving 100 to 400 lots
- 5 to 6 miles of street resurfacing and reconstruction
- 1 to 2 miles of sewer and water reconstruction
The Engineering Department is also in charge of City Construction Projects such as:
- sewer and water main installation
- street extensions
- sidewalk removal and repair
- asphalt
- concrete pavement.
The Engineering Department does most of the design work for these projects.
