Blood Pressure Screenings
Clinics are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday's of the month from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. They are walk-in and held at the De Pere Community Center, 500 Grant St.
Communicable Disease
Investigation, education, and follow-up include sexually transmitted diseases, food-borne and waterborne illnesses, tuberculosis, and vaccine preventable diseases.

Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention
Service includes elevated blood lead level follow-up for all children tested in the city, lead hazard investigation by certified staff, and education to those with children living in homes constructed before 1978.
Maternal and Child Health
Nursing services include lactation counseling and home visits for families with new babies. Home visits focus on assessment, education, and connecting families to community resources.
