Download the City's mobile app

The City of De Pere has a new tool to help empower residents to report quality-of-life issues in their community and request government services. The application called De Pere Report It is available for all residents to download on any iOS or Android device. You can access the system from a desktop computer via the City of De Pere website at www.deperewi.gov/reportit.

The web portal for De Pere Report It can also be accessed on the City’s website homepage of www.deperewi.gov.

For City of De Pere residents who identify community repair or service request needs, the De Pere Report It app allows them to submit photos, location information, and request details directly to City of De Pere administrative staff members. In addition, the platform provides City of De Pere officials with a centralized system to manage issues – from creation to resolution — and engage with residents throughout the process.

Reminder: Please don't put garbage/recycling carts in street

Friendly reminders for garbage/recycling carts:

Please place polycarts on the terrace or driveway apron for collection - NOT in the street.

We are seeing a high number of polycarts being placed in the street lately. The placement of the polycart in the street affect our ability to properly sweep city streets, plow snow to the curb, forces our garbage and recycling trucks to be in the travel lane for collection and adds additional obstructions in the roadway.

Polycarts are to be placed within 3 feet of the curb, facing forward. Also keep your carts at least 4 feet away from each other, mailboxes, and other objects.

De Pere Public Works appreciates your cooperation!

More info on cart placement/storage: https://loom.ly/MSHjYFE

Public Works "Flushable" Information

REMINDER: "Flushable" wipes should go in the garbage , not in toilets. "Unflushable" items, wipes as the main culprit, have been identified in your neighborhood's sanitary sewer system.

These wipes (even if labeled "flushable") can cause your sanitary sewer to backup, cost you for repairs to your home and sewer system, and endanger the safety and our staff and public health.

Please remember to ONLY flush the "3Ps" (Poop, Pee & Toilet Paper)! Thank you for your help. To learn more, click here

De Pere flags available

NOTE: The City is not profiting from these stores or the sale of any items within them.
