COVID-19 Community Levels

COVID-19 Community Levels are a new tool to help communities decide what prevention steps to take based on the latest data.

Levels can be low, medium, or high and are determined by looking at hospital beds being used, hospital admissions, and the total number of new COVID-19 cases in an area.

VACCINATE:  Click here for upcoming vaccination clinics hosted by the De Pere Health Department - or call 2-1-1 or visit to find a vaccine clinic near you.

MASK: Wear a well-fitting mask in public and near others if you were recently exposed or positive for COVID to help protect yourself and others. If you are using a N95 mask, make sure you are wearing it properly. Clean/replace and store your mask correctly.

TEST: Sick or exposed? Visit your local pharmacy or health care system website for testing options and appointments or use an at home test kit

ISOLATE: Positive or sick? Stay home and away from others for at least 5 days and until your symptoms are resolving. Online contact tracing/positive home test reporting is available for De Pere residents. Mask 5 additional days. Live outside the city limits of De Pere and are positive? Find contact information for your local health department HERE. CONTACT YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER: Talk to your health care provider to see if COVID-19 treatment or medication may be right for you. Your health care provider can help determine if you are eligible.

TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF AND EACH OTHER: Be kind and supportive. Follow the “the 3 goods” (good-for-you foods, a good night’s sleep, and a good amount of exercise). Monitor your overall physical and mental health. If you are struggling, overwhelmed, or feeling strain on your mental health due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, please utilize these local and state mental health resources or call 2-1-1 for food, housing, mental health, and more resources in our area.
