EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)
All benefit eligible City employees and their immediate family members and Elected Officials have access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Advocate Aurora Health. Advocate Aurora Health provides confidential, professional, counseling services to help resolve personal concerns that can affect your family life, health or work life. The City sponsors this program and there is no cost for the counseling visits. Employees have six (6) visits per subject; if more visits are needed, Advocate Aurora Health will recommend other resources. This program is completely confidential and the City is never provided names of participants.

Employees and their immediate family members will have access to in-person sessions at various locations including their De Pere location, located inside the Aurora Health Center at 1881 Chicago St., or virtually through an extensive affiliate network.
