Services will be temporarily relocated during City Hall remodel
The first floor of City Hall (335 S. Broadway) is undergoing remodeling, beginning on Dec. 8, 2025. During this time, services and departments normally located on the first floor will be temporarily relocated to the second floor of City Hall, and access to our first-floor areas will be limited.
Moving from 1st to 2nd Floor
The following services or departments will move from first floor to the Nicolet Conference Room on second floor:
- Payments for:
- Tax Bills
- Pet Licenses
- Water Bills
- Building Permit Fees
- Operator (Bartender) Licenses
- Inquiries/Questions regarding:
- Election/Candidacy Papers
- Building Permits
Signs will be posted throughout our building to guide visitors to these relocated services.
Our outside drop-box also remains available for the payments listed above and will continue to be checked daily.
Please note: Some staff from our City’s Finance, City Clerk, and Development Services may still operate on first floor during specific phases of the remodel. If you have an appointment or meeting with anyone, we recommend that you please verify your meeting location with them ahead of time to avoid confusion.
Municipal Court
- Court payments should be placed in the blue drop-box located at the front entrance.
- Signs in Spanish and English will be posted on the drop-box and gate for guidance.
- Please note: the Municipal Court Clerk will only be available via phone or email during this period. Court staff have been informing attendees about the upcoming construction during proceedings, and will continue to do so.
Contacting Departments
If calling a particular department via phone or email is easier, please view our City Staff Directory for direct contact information.
