The City of De Pere invites the community to the second of three Comprehensive Plan Update Open Houses on Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at De Pere City Hall (335 S. Broadway).
This open house will provide an opportunity to review and discuss key elements of the draft plan, including:

  • The Comprehensive Plan Update process
  • The initial document structure
  • Overarching goals from the 2018 Strategic Vision
  • Land Use and Housing sections of the draft plan

The Comprehensive Plan Update revises and builds upon the City’s 2010 Plan, with updates designed to guide the future growth and development of De Pere. Draft sections are available to view online at www.deperewi.gov or in person at City Hall during business hours.

For those unable to attend, written comments are welcome and may be submitted to Daniel Lindstrom, AICP, Development Services Director, at dlindstrom@deperewi.gov or mailed to City Hall.
