BACKGROUND:

Personal Information: My name is Joshua Errer and I have been a resident of De Pere for eight years.  I moved here from lower Michigan to serve as pastor of Faith Lutheran Church in Allouez.  My wife and I have four children and we love spending time in at the parks around our city and swimming at Legion Pool in the summer.  As we walk around our community, we are always encouraged by the neighborhood in which we live.

I have a Master’s of Divinity degree from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, MO and a Bachelor’s of Science in Secondary Education from Central Michigan University.   I am a member of the Dudley Birder Chorale at St. Norbert College and the Green and Gold Hosta Society.

WHY I'M RUNNING:

I have always been interested in local government and the ways that it can help local communities.  As De Pere works to redevelop downtown into an arts district with the building of the Mulva Cultural Center and creating a new vision for Broadway, I would like the honor of representing District 1 during that process.  Our city is a great place to call home and I look forward to helping us to preserve that strong foundation as we continue to build for the future.
