2011 Christmas Tree Pick Up Schedule

 

The City will be collecting cut Christmas Trees at the curbside on your regularly scheduled garbage day from January 3 to January 14, 2011.

 

Residents can also drop off their cut trees at De Pere's Compost Site located on Rockland Road from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, seven days a week.

 

 

  • When dropping off your Cut Christmas trees at the Compost Site, there should not be anything on it that would hinder it from being put through the wood chipper, i.e. wiring, metal bases, lighting, ornaments, etc. Also please remove any plastic bag you may have used to remove the tree from your home.
If you have an artificial tree to dispose of, you can bring it to the Municipal Service Center, 925 S. Sixth St. Please bring your wreaths to the Municipal Service Center as well since wire is also used when make them or the wreaths can be placed in your garbage bin as long as they fit in the bin.
