Vaccines are important for everyone throughout life - including adults. It is important to stay up to date on all vaccines to protect yourself and those you love.
Look Up My Vaccination Record
You can look up your vaccine record on the Wisconsin Immunization Registry at any time. Your WIR record can be used in place of a vaccination card.
All adults need:
- COVID-19 vaccine
- Influenza (flu) vaccine every year
- Td or Tdap* vaccine
You might need other vaccines based on your age, health, job, lifestyle, or travel. You can find out about other recommended vaccines for you and talk to your health care professional about which vaccines are best for you.

De Pere Health Department offers Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) vaccinations for all adults, regardless of insurance status. Tdap vaccinations will be given during scheduled clinic times:
