The many beautiful parks in De Pere, Wisconsin offer over 400 acres of space to play, relax, exercise and rejuvenate. Whether you seek time alone to reflect, or desire a scenic place to bond with family and friends, we have you covered. Throughout our parks system, you'll also discover a wide array of amenities, including playgrounds; trails; benches; disc golf courses; soccer fields; courts for basketball, pickleball, tennis and volleyball; boat launches and docks; conservancies, and so much more! The City of De Pere offers a variety of recreational activities for youth, adults and senior citizens year-round. Recreation programs are mainly held at the De Pere Community Center and at school facilities located in De Pere. Sports leagues/programs and aquatic classes are held at various parks and school facilities within the City of De Pere. Many older adults struggle with bridging the gap between work and retirement, full independence and limited support, as well as good health and chronic conditions. The De Pere Community Center Senior Services, and the City of De Pere, in general, offer a wide variety of programs and activities for older adults which provide excellent opportunities for socialization, relaxation and health assistance. This includes congregate and home delivered meals, recreational activity, health screenings, educational and art programs, and much more. Take a look at the options below!
