If your citation indicates that your appearance is not required you may complete the following form which provides options to resolve or adjourn the case without going to Court.  You may also enter a NOT GUILTY plea using this form. Defendant Application
ADULT COURT
  • Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m.  
JUVENILE COURT 
  • 2nd & 4th Thursday evenings at 4:30 p.m. 

Cases with a written NOT GUILTY PLEA are turned over to our Assistant City Attorney.  

 

PAYMENTS

De Pere Municipal Court offers the option to pay forfeitures via credit card by phone or online. Online: www.allpaid.com De Pere location code number 2586

Have the defendant’s name, citation number, date of birth, amount owed and credit card information available. Cash, check, money orders and credit cards are all accepted. Checks/Money orders shall be made out to City of De Pere.

You can look up your citation number and make a payment online through Five Point.

We also have a blue drop box located in the front entrance to the De Pere City Hall/ Police Department entrance. This is available 24 hours a day.  There are payment envelopes available for your convenience.  The payments are picked up every weekday morning.
